Worth asking before you commit.

Why a six-month minimum on the lower tier?
The preconstruction sales cycle is long, and the content we produce — branded video, quarterly webinars, monthly articles — needs a runway to compound. Shorter commitments don't give the content enough time to work. Six months is the honest floor.
Can I upgrade to Premium mid-subscription?
Yes, any time your neighborhood has a Premium slot available. Your remaining Standard months are credited against the Premium subscription price — you're never paying twice for overlapping coverage.
What if another development in my neighborhood also signs up for Standard?
They can, and they might. Standard doesn't include neighborhood exclusivity — that's a Premium feature. What Standard does ensure is that your dedicated dev page is editorially strong enough to stand on its own, and that the content we produce for you puts your project in front of buyers regardless of what your neighbors are doing.
How is this different from buying sponsored posts on ProfileMiami or TRD?
Sponsored posts are one-off impressions. Standard is a sustained content operation — branded video every six months, webinars every quarter, monthly articles, a permanent dev page with downloadable assets and contact takeover. You're buying ongoing marketing infrastructure, not a single ad.
What happens when my project sells out before the six months are up?
